Meta data deletion status

If you arrived here from Meta, your confirmation code should appear in the page URL. If it is missing, return to Meta App Settings and send a test data deletion request again.

What we store from Meta

EazyBroker does not use the Facebook email permission and does not store Facebook profile data. When a workspace owner connects WhatsApp via Meta Embedded Signup, we store WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone metadata, encrypted access tokens, and message content needed to operate the WhatsApp inbox for that workspace.

How to remove WhatsApp data

• Disconnect WhatsApp: sign in to EazyBroker, open workspace Settings → WhatsApp, and choose Disconnect WhatsApp. This removes the workspace integration and encrypted Meta access token from our database.
• Delete your EazyBroker account: workspace owners can delete their account from account settings. This removes account data associated with your login.
